It's focused on Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kyoto, as well as some of their surrounding areas. You'll find everything related to eating and drinking in Japan including food recipes and sample menus in English and Japanese for sushi, yakitori, nabemono, tempura and others. Next time you're out you can call up their website on your mobile and figure out what to order. That might be a little hard though, so as mentioned in the seafood post, you need to learn some Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana.
Unfortunately, there are no Yokosuka restaurants listed. But if you venture up to Yokohama or Tokyo its listings are invaluable. Some have said that Tokyo and the surrounding area have over 200,000 restaurants. That is very possible. Although Bento only covers a small fraction of these, it does catch most of the noteworthy ones.
