Aficionado Intelligence Report - 3

Hotate
These amazing scallops were recently spotted somewhere "around" Tokyo station. Oh, they tasted good too. Their size is hard to gauge in the picture, but when compared to the lemon slice one can see they are quite substantial.   Cooked perfectly and with simplicity, they are juicy and tasty. Not farmed scallops.  The "OK" restaurant that serves these amazing scallops, may be revealed soon, but only in due time. Correct guesses may be rewarded with a revelation of another hidden dining treasure.  Some other trademark clues to help ID this place are in the photo.

AIR 4 : Pepsi flavored cheetos sweeping the nation
Update: AIR 3 is officially solved with the reveal of Andy's Shin Hinomoto. Be sure to try this fabulous place.
AIR 2 (very promising restaurant) remains unsolved.
AIR 1 (disappearing wasabi pretzels) remains a mystery.

* Aficionado Intelligence Reporting (AIR) was conceived of grey bearded men, through brilliant thought, in a small Izakaya on the backstreets of Yokosuka. AIR reports on little known but exceptional (or maybe just really good) dining spots or interesting food developments and relies on highly untrained observers making random observations and developing conclusions through sometimes single data point regression statistical analysis.

Any conclusions from it's reporting are final.
