Bengal - Curry

Bengal has been in operation since 1971 and is located one block East of Yokosuka Chuo station. See the blog map for the pinpoint location.

Easy to remember landmark
Bengal specializes in homemade curry. Beef, chicken, pork, seafood and vegetable. Their coleslaw salad is also homemade. The inside of the restaurant is warm and inviting. English menu is available and is a good replica of the Japanese version. You can specify the level of spiciness for the curry. The two baseline levels are medium and hot. There is no mild, but the medium did not taste spicy at all. You can add another extra level of heat for another 50 Yen. Some extra toppings include a German sausage, hamburger, egg, or cheese for a nominal fee.
