There are a handful of Indian restaurants in Yokosuka and I don't think you can go wrong at any of them. I've had some so-so Indian food in the U.S. but have never been disappointed here. Lunch is the best value as dinner prices are significantly higher. Set lunches are your best bet and will typically include one or two curries, a salad, some nan bread, maybe some rice, and a drink. I will always upgrade to the garlic nan for an extra 100 yen. More substantial sets will include some chicken tikka and/or a kebab.
After you've eaten here you will enter a state of "profound piece of mind" that is called Nirvana. If not that, perhaps on your death bed you will receive total consciousness (bonus if you know where that saying is from).
