You can no longer get the onion ring tree or many other Izakaya classics, but you can still get edamame with pepper flakes, spicy chicken wings, potato fries (french fries) and a nice foie gras topped steak along with many other Italian based dishes like paella, pizza, and pasta. The full menu is below which comes printed in both English and Japanese.
Gohan is part of the larger conglomerate Watami food service and you can see the online menu here.
It's located on the 7th floor above the Pachinko parlor on Blue Street. Check the location link below or the blog map II.
As you get off the 7th floor elevator, Gohan will be directly in front of you.

The best dish of the night was the tenderloin steak from the specialty menu. I usually don't order western style steaks in Japanese places but an acquaintance said I had to try this dish at Gohan. It came topped with foie gras and a truffle sauce. On the side were some gratin potatoes and watercress. The steak was very tender and juicy and although I rarely eat foie gras, paired together with the steak and the sauce it was wonderful.
