Baqet - Bakery Restaurant - More's City

Baqet's claim to fame is the all you can eat bread bar. Perhaps you are doing some carb loading or you just really like bread - then this place is for you. The food they serve with the bread is very good too, but I think the majority of people visit because they are drawn by the bread bar.

It's smoke free and there is a kid's menu for 10 yrs and under.  In the near future (end of November) they will open up another location in Daiei mall.  I'm sure the Daiei branch will do pretty good business as it will be located in a great spot.

Baqet is located on the 9th floor of More's City shopping center. See the blog map if needed. Many of these shopping center places come and go (especially in More's City) so I'm hesitant to post about them, but Baqet has been here for more than three years and I think is going to be here for a while more.

You'll be able to see the bread chef cooking away behind the glass. As every new fresh batch is completed, they will come out of the kitchen with a basket full of the hot bread and ring their bell. That's your signal - if you'd like to have them place a piece directly onto your plate from the hot basket then head up to the bread bar.

Lunch menu above. I think you can see the pictures good enough so no translation. "A" set is a salad plus drink bar. "B" set is a soup and drink bar. You can also order just the drink bar separately. All meals include all you can eat bread.

Evening set meals above are also a decent deal. You get choice of A, choice of B, and bread bar for about $14. I've labeled the main ingredient in each dish.

All you can eat bread or rice. You can always substitute all you can eat rice instead of the bread bar.
